PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Junckers 2-Strip Beech Sylvaket Nordic Flooring is available in two thicknesses which are 14mm and 22mm thick, both are 129mm wide. The finish is Ultra Matt Lacquer. You can choose between two different grades, Classic – This grade has a uniform look with very little colour and structural graining variation between the individual staves. Only few small knots and very fine hairline splits occur. Harmony – This grade has a natural look with more colour and structural graining variation between the individual staves. Medium sized knots and fine hairline splits occur to some degree. Each board is tongue and grooved around all four sides.
We also can supply the undercarriage system and all the accessories.

Delivery Terms For Junckers Flooring
Delivery is usually around 2 weeks, but can be sooner.
As Junckers flooring is a special order product, you cannot return orders or left over packs.
We Only Delivery To Mainland UK
All Junckers Flooring has a delivery charge of £75 plus VAT regardless of Quantity. There is a new Brexit Documentation Charge of £100.00 exc vat, so new standard delivery charge is £175 exc vat.
Please note if a 40 tonne Arctic Wagon cannot get access for delivery then there is a £250 exc vat delivery charge.
Customers are responsible for making appropiate labour to offload from the lorry. Please note that you may require tin snips to cut the metal banding off the pallet. Junckers allow 1 hour for offloading, any subsequent time will be charged at £100 exc vat per hour.
Please note that orders with flooring and accessories may incur compound delivery charges, this is due to the accessories may be coming from another supplier. Please email or call if you have any questions.
All Flooring deliveries are made to “kerbside” at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order. Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm.
If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there you will be liable for the re-delivery charge of £110 exc Vat Minimum, depending on the size of your order.
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery, as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge where applicable. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.
Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations the Customer has the right to return Goods within fourteen days of the Goods being received without giving a reason. Goods returned must be in a saleable ‘as new’ condition and returned in their original packaging. Shrink-wrapped and factory packaged Goods must be returned unopened. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your flooring, all returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge and the customer must pay transport costs of the goods back to the supplier from which they came. We buy direct from the manufacturers who ship on our behalf, we are an Internet Only Business and do not hold any stock or have our own warehouse. Therefore this is the reason the 25% re-stocking charge applies as this is what we get charged from our suppliers. Part orders cannot be returned.
The Customer must arrange transportation and pay all costs involved in transporting the Goods back to the warehouse from which they came. Please note Boen flooring comes from Lithuania and you would be charged Boen costs involved in returning the product. The Goods must be insured whilst in transit for the full value of their cost price. Goods received damaged after return will not receive a refund from the Company. Returns made under this provision must be agreed in writing or by email by both parties before the Goods are returned.
This provision is not applicable to ‘special order’ or bespoke items. The Company will not refund the costs of delivery and labour etc. that the Company incurs in supplying the Goods. The refund will be made to the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction.
Goods supplied incorrectly entirely through the Company’s fault will be re-supplied at no cost to the Customer.

Next day delivery is available on some flooring if ordered before 11.30am, depending on stock availability.
Delivery is two to three working days for Scotland, also there may be an extra charge to remote areas of Scotland. Special order items can take up to three - five weeks.
You can choose a certain week day that you would like delivery (Monday – Friday), this can be requested at the Checkout page under Additional Information.
On the morning of your delivery we will try and provide you with an ETA ( 2 hour time window ) on all flooring orders, however this is not guaranteed.
