PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Timba Floor 14mm Nutmeg Engineered Oak Flooring Brushed & Lacquered 190mm Wide boards has been golden stained and brushed to raise the grain of the oak then finished with lacquer. The oak flooring is a Rustic Grade, this means you get a floor with a more rustic character, so each board will contain variations in colour and characteristics. Dark Brown Filler is used to fill any imperfections. Filled Cracks and splits are allowed. The oak flooring comes in random lengths which range between 400mm 1500mm. The flooring has a 3mm wear layer and a total thickness of 14mm. Each board is bevelled around all sides. Width of the boards are 190mm so suited for medium and large rooms. The floor fits together using a tongue & groove. This has a multi-layer plywood base. Technical Data Sheet ENG-OAK-5017

Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations the Customer has the right to return full orders within fourteen days of the Goods being received without giving a reason. Goods returned must be in a saleable ‘as new’ condition and returned in their original packaging. Shrink-wrapped and factory packaged Goods must be returned unopened. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your order, all returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge and it is down to the customer to return your full order back to the manufacturer from which they came, We buy direct from the manufacturers who ship on our behalf, we are an Internet Only Business and do not hold any stock or have our own warehouse. Therefore this is the reason the 25% re-stocking charge applies as this is what we get charged from our suppliers. Part orders / left over flooring packs cannot be returned.
The Goods must be insured whilst in transit for the full value of their cost price. Returns made under this provision must be agreed by email by both parties before the Goods are returned. The Company will not refund the costs of delivery and labour etc. that the Company incurs in supplying the Goods. Once the product has been returned and checked by our suppliers to confirm it is in a resaleable condition, only then will the refund be processed. The refund will be made to the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction.
This provision is not applicable to ‘special order’ or bespoke items. Any special order or made to order products cannot be returned.
Goods supplied incorrectly entirely through the Company’s fault will be re-supplied at no cost to the Customer.
