PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Junckers Plank Oak Flooring is available in two thicknesses which are 15mm which is 129mm wide and 20.5mm thick which is 140mm wide. There are four finishes available which are Unfinished, Clear Oil, Ultra Matt Lacquer and Silk Matt Lacquer. You can choose between three different grades, Classic – This grade has a uniform look with very little colour and structural graining variation between the individual staves. Only few small knots and very fine hairline splits occur. Harmony – This grade has a natural look with more colour and structural graining variation between the individual staves. Medium sized knots and fine hairline splits occur to some degree. Variation – This grade has a rustic look with substantial colour and structural graining variation between the individual staves. Several small and large knots and fine hairline splits occur. Each board is bevelled and are tongue and grooved around all four sides.
We also can supply the undercarriage system and all the accessories.

Delivery Terms For Junckers Flooring
Delivery is usually around 2 weeks, but can be longer.
As Junckers flooring is a special order product, you cannot return orders or left over packs.
We Only Delivery To Mainland UK
All Junckers Flooring has a delivery charge of £160 plus VAT regardless of Quantity. There is a new Brexit Documentation Charge of £120.00 exc vat, so new standard delivery charge is £280 exc vat.
Please note if a 40 tonne Arctic Wagon cannot get access for delivery then there is an extra £490 exc vat delivery charge for a smaller wagon, so total to pay would be £650 plus vat.
Customers are responsible for making appropiate labour to offload from the lorry. Please note that you may require tin snips to cut the metal banding off the pallet. Junckers allow 1 hour for offloading, any subsequent time will be charged at £100 exc vat per hour.
Please note that orders with flooring and accessories may incur compound delivery charges, this is due to the accessories may be coming from another supplier. Please email or call if you have any questions.
All Flooring deliveries are made to “kerbside” at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order. Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm.
If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there you will be liable for the re-delivery charge of £160 exc Vat Minimum, depending on the size of your order.
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery, as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge where applicable. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.
Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations the Customer has the right to return full orders within fourteen days of the Goods being received without giving a reason. Goods returned must be in a saleable ‘as new’ condition and returned in their original packaging. Shrink-wrapped and factory packaged Goods must be returned unopened. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your order, all returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge and it is down to the customer to return your full order back to the manufacturer from which they came, We buy direct from the manufacturers who ship on our behalf, we are an Internet Only Business and do not hold any stock or have our own warehouse. Therefore this is the reason the 25% re-stocking charge applies as this is what we get charged from our suppliers. Part orders / left over flooring packs cannot be returned.
The Goods must be insured whilst in transit for the full value of their cost price. Returns made under this provision must be agreed by email by both parties before the Goods are returned. The Company will not refund the costs of delivery and labour etc. that the Company incurs in supplying the Goods. Once the product has been returned and checked by our suppliers to confirm it is in a resaleable condition, only then will the refund be processed. The refund will be made to the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction.
This provision is not applicable to ‘special order’ or bespoke items. Any special order or made to order products cannot be returned.
Goods supplied incorrectly entirely through the Company’s fault will be re-supplied at no cost to the Customer.
