PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Boen Handcrafted Oak Espressivo Brushed Live Natural Oil 209mm has a 2 bevel on the long sides. Are made with a Boen X-Press click system, enabling easier and faster installation. The oak engineered flooring comes in fixed lengths which are 2200mm long, 209mm wide, has a 3.5mm wear layer and a total thickness of 14mm. Each pack will contain 2 boards that are half lengths, minimum length 600mm. Boen have created a new product range where their craftspeople have purposely textured by hand the surface of each floor, creating one of a kind wooden floor. Using the traditional technique their hardwood flooring are finished with Natural Oil and air dried. This way they are perfectly protected and the lively character of the wood is maintained. Cavities, cracks and marks are part of the product and form it’s specific character. The flooring can contain large knots, cracks and filled defects, which have been worked out by hand. Boen Handcrafted Engineered Flooring is made in Europe and use the Boen X-press Click System. Engineered wood flooring is made basically from three layers, a solid wood top layer ranging from 2mm to 6mm in thickness. Which is glued to thin pieces of plywood what run in different directions, this makes for a much more stable wood compared to solid wood. Engineered floors come in two different ways of fitting the floor planks together, first it comes in tongue and groove edges which can be secret nailed to a wooden sub-floor or can be glued down if laying onto a concrete base. Secondly Engineered floors come with an easy to fit click together system that can be installed as a floating floor, making installation easier. PLEASE ALLOW 2 – 3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY

Delivery Terms For Boen Flooring
Delivery is up to 5 working days if stocked in the UK or 7 - 10 days if stocked on Europe, if no stock in Europe deliveries can take up to 5 weeks or more. Once the order is placed we will send you a Boen Site Delivery Form where you have to read and agree to Boen Failed Delivery terms (which they will charge £250 for failed deliveries) if it is suitable for large wagons, sign and email back. Boen hauliers will call you directly to book in a suitable delivery date that is convenient for you.
As Boen flooring is a special order product, you cannot return left over packs.
We Only Delivery To Mainland UK
We offer free delivery on all orders over £700 plus VAT to mainland UK. If an Artic Wagon is not suitable for delivery, there will be an extra charge.
For orders under this value there will be a charge of £50 plus VAT.
Please note that orders with flooring and accessories may incur compound delivery charges, this is due to the accessories may be coming from another supplier. Please email or call if you have any questions.
All Flooring deliveries are made to “kerbside” at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order. Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm.
If the Boen haulier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there you will be liable for the re-delivery charge of £250 exc Vat per pallet, depending on the size of your order.
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery, as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge where applicable and a restocking charge of 25%. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.
Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations the Customer has the right to return full orders within fourteen days of the Goods being received without giving a reason. Goods returned must be in a saleable ‘as new’ condition and returned in their original packaging. Shrink-wrapped and factory packaged Goods must be returned unopened. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your order, all returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge and the customer will be charged for the transport costs of the goods back to the manufacturer from which they came, we will arrange the transport back. We buy direct from the manufacturers who ship on our behalf, we are an Internet Only Business and do not hold any stock or have our own warehouse. Therefore this is the reason the 25% re-stocking charge applies as this is what we get charged from our suppliers. Part orders cannot be returned.
Our supplier/manufacturer will arrange transportation and the customer must pay all costs involved in transporting the Goods back to the warehouse from which they came. The Goods must be insured whilst in transit for the full value of their cost price. Returns made under this provision must be agreed in writing or by email by both parties before the Goods are returned. The Company will not refund the costs of delivery and labour etc. that the Company incurs in supplying the Goods. Once the product has been returned and checked by our suppliers to confirm it is in a resaleable condition, only then will the refund be processed. The refund will be made to the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction.
This provision is not applicable to ‘special order’ or bespoke items. Any special order or made to order products cannot be returned.
Goods supplied incorrectly entirely through the Company’s fault will be re-supplied at no cost to the Customer.
