Fibreboard Underlay

This provides a level sub-floor for the final floor covering, offering stable support and helping your floor last longer by smoothing out the most uneven areas. The exceptional thermal insulation of FibreBoard is perfect for use on very cold sub-floors such as cellars, to make your room feel so much cosier and comfortable.

Made from traditional natural wood fibre, you’ll find it really easy to line up, cut and fit – saving you a great deal of time and effort wherever you’re installing it. This is extremely eco-friendly, being completely natural and 100% recyclable – so it’s better for the planet.
The wood fibre also has high impact sound reduction – so it deadens any loud noise and makes the whole room quieter

Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations the Customer has the right to return full orders within fourteen days of the Goods being received without giving a reason.  Goods returned must be in a saleable ‘as new’ condition and returned in their original packaging.  Shrink-wrapped and factory packaged Goods must be returned unopened.  In the unlikely event that you wish to return your order, all returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge and it is down to the customer to return your full order back to the manufacturer from which they came,   We buy direct from the manufacturers who ship on our behalf, we are an Internet Only Business and do not hold any stock or have our own warehouse.  Therefore this is the reason the 25% re-stocking charge applies as this is what we get charged from our suppliers.  Part orders / left over flooring packs cannot be returned.

The Goods must be insured whilst in transit for the full value of their cost price. Returns made under this provision must be agreed by email by both parties before the Goods are returned.  The Company will not refund the costs of delivery and labour etc. that the Company incurs in supplying the Goods. Once the product has been returned and checked by our suppliers to confirm it is in a resaleable condition, only then will the refund be processed.  The refund will be made to the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction.

This provision is not applicable to ‘special order’ or bespoke items.  Any special order or made to order products cannot be returned.

Goods supplied incorrectly entirely through the Company’s fault will be re-supplied at no cost to the Customer.
