PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Boen Herringbone Click Animoso Oak Engineered Flooring have a 5G click joint this enables quick installation and also prevents gaps forming between the boards. The herringbone oak flooring has been slightly brushed to raise the grain and finished with natural oil. The click herringbone parquet flooring comes with half left hand and half right hand strips. The Herringbone flooring is a mixture of rustic grade but also contains natural grade, so will contain small and large knots, cracked knots are filled with putty so small gaps between the putty and wood may appear. Colour difference between boards are allowed. All grain patterns allowed. The oak engineered flooring comes in fixed lengths which are 690mm long and the widths are 138mm. The thickness is 14mm which incorporates a 3.5mm wear layer. Each pack contains 0.95m2 of A boards and 0.95m2 of B Boards. Suitable for underfloor heating. Please note that the herringbone click is not suitable to be used with other 5G click products. 25 Year Domestic Warranty. Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations the Customer has the right to return full orders within fourteen days of the Goods being received without giving a reason. Goods returned must be in a saleable ‘as new’ condition and returned in their original packaging. Shrink-wrapped and factory packaged Goods must be returned unopened. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your order, it is down to the customer to return your full order back to the manufacturer from which they came, all returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. We buy direct from the manufacturers who ship on our behalf, we are an Internet Only Business and do not hold any stock or have our own warehouse. Part orders / left over flooring packs cannot be returned.
The Goods must be insured whilst in transit for the full value of their cost price. Returns made under this provision must be agreed by email by both parties before the Goods are returned. The Company will not refund the costs of delivery and labour etc. that the Company incurs in supplying the Goods. Once the product has been returned and checked by our suppliers to confirm it is in a resalable condition, only then will the refund be processed. The refund will be made to the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction.
This provision is not applicable to ‘special order’ or bespoke items. Any special order or made to order products cannot be returned.
Goods supplied incorrectly entirely through the Company’s fault will be re-supplied at no cost to the Customer.
